Ms. Howard (A-G)

Welcome to the AEW family!
I have been at AE Wright Middle School for 16 years and I love our wonderful staff and students. I have been a School Counselor in LVUSD for 19 years. Before coming to the district I was an Outpatient Therapist for adolescents for 4 years.
I graduated from Willamette University with a bachelors degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. I later attended the University of Southern California for my Masters in Social Work and my PPS Credential for PSA and PSW (for Schools). After Completing the requirements to be a LCSW, I returned to school at Phillip Graduate Institute to get an additional PPS Credential in School Counseling.
I love my job! Working with middle schoolers while they are on the roller coaster of growing and developing socially and emotionally and helping them navigate the changes successfully is my favorite part of each day.
Outside of work, I go on adventures with my 9 year old daughter, Emily. I love to travel, scuba dive, kayak, run, bike and camp.
I look forward to getting to know all of my AEW families!
Ms. Asulin (H-O)

I am excited to be joining A.E. Wright this year as a school counselor. Before becoming a school counselor, I worked in admissions at a private university, where I enjoyed helping students navigate their educational goals and future plans.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and an emphasis in Child Development from California Lutheran University before continuing on to complete my Master's degree in School Counseling. As a graduate of Calabasas High School, I am proud to be returning to LVUSD in this role.
Middle school has been the grade level I have wanted to work with since I began graduate school because I know how important it is for students to have supportive adults they can trust during those years. I am passionate about helping students feel connected, supported, and confident in themselves.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my fiance and our three cats, rock climbing, watching StarWars, and exploring estate sales. I look forward to getting to know the students, families, and staff at A.E. Wright and becoming part of the school community.
Mrs. Hollingsworth (P-Z)

This is my 7th year at AE Wright and I couldn't be more excited to get to know my new students and see everyone from previous years. I have worked as a school counselor for 12 years- in high school and middle school. Before working as a school counselor, I worked for a community college in admissions and recruitment. My favorite thing about my job is working with children from all backgrounds and helping them navigate the challenges of middle school and adolescence.
I studied Psychology and Child Development for my undergraduate degree at Chico State and earned my masters in School Counseling at Cal Lutheran University.
My favorite things to do are spending time with my family, reading, water skiing, traveling, cooking, and baking.
I have two children, Jace and Reid.
Michelle Levy
Counseling Secretary/Registrar/Communications Coordinator

This is my fourth year at A.E. Wright and I am the registrar/communications coordinator. I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors playing tennis and pickleball. Most weekends you can find me on the sidelines of a soccer field cheering on my daughter. We also love to travel! I'm an avid reader and baker. My favorite book so far this year is Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus.
